10 reasons why I respect Brian:
10. He did five lessons of trigonometry per day all by himself, on his own initiative, to prepare for college
9. He lived with his sister when she came back to go to college
8. He had compassion on this same sister and used his own money to buy her a companion (dog)
7. He took his mom to a really nice dinner when he was co-oping in Atlanta and helped her pack multiple pieces of luggage for her trip back to Africa
6. Brian has a tender heart towards the Lord
5. He is a kind and loving father who enjoys playing with his sons
. I love it when they play with legos together!4. If he does not know about a gadget or mechanical thing, he will research it
3. Brian is not afraid to take risks
2. He enjoys meeting and talking to all kinds of people and is not afraid to say what he thinks (if they ask him)
1. He is very patient with me and takes time to visit with me

I noticed your subtitle and liked it ("respect"). Maybe we could make cards say "Happy Valentine's Day! I respect you!"
Hmm. Doesn't do much for my warm-fuzzy feelings, but then, I'm not a guy. :)
I respect Brian too, but I don't think I need to come up with 10 reasons. I'll let his wife keep up with all that. One reason why I do respect Brian: He is a good friend who goes the extra mile, and he also makes a mean steak. Technically that's 2 reasons.
